Flowchart of this study. Eighteen adult female rabbits were used in this study. The OFNH model of rabbits was created with corticosteroid injection and ischemic operation. Each rabbit had one hind leg assigned to the exosome group and the other hind leg to the control group. Two kinds of hADSC-Exos were administered to nine rabbits per group.
