(a) One was a 22-months -old boy, crushed by a door, diagnosed with PNF of the right thumb (Type II). He underwent debridement and antegrade crossed K-wires fixation because of concurrent soft tissue and nail injury. (b) Displacement was noted during the five-week follow-up. (c) We removed the pins and found residual 128°dorsal angulation in the sagittal plane and radial deviation 30° in the coronal plane at six-week follow-up.
