A59-year-old male with a T12-L1 TB lesion was treated by Anterior lesion debridement and bone graft resorption combined with anterior short-segment internal fixation. A-D Preoperative anteroposterior and lateral x-rays,MRI and CT showed vertebral destruction. E–G Postoperative CT showed good internal fixation and bone grafting conditions. H–I X-rays and CT presented a favorable alignment and satisfactory bone fusion at 12-month follow-up
